hi, my name is karen singing stone, and i was just outside on the deck thinking about life here in nevada city, california. it’s very dry here, not unlike boulder, where i lived for a year or so back in the day. in 1975, while pregnant with my second child, i discovered “rocky mountain skin trip” in the local health food store. i went home and put it all over my little body, and i instantly fell in love. i have been putting it on DAILY ever since that day. after showers i put it on every inch of skin, and in between i use it on face, hands and arms. i really don’t know what i would do without it, except dry up like a prune or adjust to using one of the other sticky icky type lotions.

so, my point is, please don’t let me outlive you. i’m 66 and probably have another 30 or so years to go as i am extremely healthy (but ya never know). so, please let me know if you’re ever going to cease producing this incredible wonderful fantastic product, now known as “mountain ocean skin trip”, and i’ll buy cases and freeze them. funny thought.

anyhow, i just wanted to thank you for creating M O S T. people love smelling me when i come to work, and i truly feel it is keeping my skin as young and healthy as is possible. and it feels absolutely wonderful too.

I have been using unscented glycerin soap for 20 years – every now & then I take a chance on a new soap & find I can handle the scent due to scent sensitivities. I just want to thank you so very much for your product. This Christmas has been difficult as I am undergoing treatment for breast cancer. Radiation treatments left some blisters on my breast, which then became infected, and I broke out in hives on my neck, legs, and arms from all the stress. Today I got completely fed up with the messy cream I’ve been prescribed (while it did reduce the infection, it hasn’t eased the pain or itching (and washed it all off my breast. I applied some Skin Trip lotion to my breast and immediately my red, itchy, sore skin felt soothed and relieved. I carefully put some more on the hives on my neck and those began to hurt and itch less too! Now just a short time later the redness has subsided even more and I feel elated to be free of pain and itching for the first time in days! I may actually sleep tonight! I, too, have many allergies. I, too, have been using this Skin Trip for many years. This is my general, all-purpose moisturizer. I use it for everything except my face, apply daily after shower. Skin Trip has no SLS and no Parabens. It is non-greasy and not generally overly fragrant, absorbs into the skin almost immediately. My husband is EXTREMELY sensitive to smells and even he does not complain about this product. In fact, because of my husband’s allergies, I don’t use fragrance, yet people often remark, “You smell good!” when I walk into a room.

Oh, it IS the best moisturizer. Yes, this really is the best moisturizer ever. My mom introduced me to it a couple years ago, and said she’s been using it almost consistently since, except when she couldn’t find it in stores and such. She’s about 45 now, long time smoker, which probably adds a lot of years onto the skin, and she still has beauuutiful skin. Within the past year or so, I have gotten SOO many compliments on my skin, and I really give the credit to skin trip because I used to really not have nice skin, at all. It really makes your face glow, and it’s not sticky, thick, or heavy feeling like almost every other moisturizer out there, and unlike all of those other moisturizers, Skin Trip absorbs into your skin and makes it soft and supple, and leaves no gross greasy residue crap. I love this coconut lotion; it’s been around for decades! Does not contain parabens! This is a lovely real coconut lotion and I have been using it for decades. I don’t think it has changed in all that time, except they have recently removed parabens! I thank this company for recently removing parabens from their products and they are also removing sodium lauryl/laureth sulfates. (These chemicals absorb into the body they are known toxins that can contribute to various cancers.)

I started using this lotion when I was 13 and have used it on and off for nearly half my life! Whenever I try something else I end up missing it. I get compliments on the smell non-stop and it makes my skin feel incredible. This product is a wonderful, but well kept secret! The coconut smell is beautiful and is not the cheap, heavy, perfumey kind. If you are looking for a Bath and Body type of product, this is probably not the one for you. This product has mostly natural ingredients, with no dyes or parabens. It is so gentle and smells so yummy that I also use it on my 1 year old and my 2 year old who has very sensitive skin like mine. We live in a dry climate and I have very dry skin. I usually need a thick moisturizer, so when I saw how thin this was, I was a bit skeptical, but there was no need for concern. Awesome. Coconut Skin Trip moisturizer does just what it says; it soaks into the skin fast and feels smooth going on. I got it just after a trip where I got a bad sunburn and it prevented peeling and itching on my face and chest! I was pleasantly surprised by its moisturizing ability.
